Supplemental Texas Privacy Information Notice
This Supplemental Texas Privacy Information Notice (the “Supplemental Texas Privacy Information Notice”) applies to data collected by Asahi Beer U.S.A., Inc. When used in this Supplemental Texas Privacy Information Notice, “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to us, Asahi Beer U.S.A., Inc.
We are required by law to provide Texas residents with certain additional information about their privacy rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”). This Supplemental Texas Privacy Information Notice is intended only for Texas residents. “Process” or “Processing” under the TDPSA means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or a set of personal data, such as collection, use, storage, disclosure, analysis, deletion, or modification.
What Are the Categories Of Personal Data Processed By Us?
The categories of personal data that we may have processed in the past 12 months are outlined below. Not all categories will be processed for every individual.

- Professional or employment-related information: Current or past job history or performance evaluations.
- Sensitive Personal Information: Personal data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health diagnosis, sexuality, or citizenship or immigration status; genetic or biometric data that is processed for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual; personal data collected from a known child; and precise geolocation data.
What Are the Purposes For Processing Personal Data?
We may process your personal data for the purposes described in the Use of Data section of the Asahi Beer U.S.A. Privacy Policy and as provided below:

How Can You Exercise Your Texas Privacy Rights?
If you are a Texas resident, to the extent required by law we will fulfil an authenticated request to exercise the right to:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and to access personal data
- Confirm inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing of the personal data
- Delete personal data provided by or obtained about you
- If the personal data is available in a digital format, obtain a copy of your personal data that you previously provided to us in a portable, and to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance; and
- Opt out of the processing of personal data for purposes of (a) targeted advertising, (b) the sale of personal data, and (c) profiling in furtherance of a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect concerning you.
If we are unable to fulfil your request in whole or in part, we will inform you of the reasons for the denial in the timeframe required by the TDPSA. If you do not agree with our decision, you can appeal it by contacting us at the email address or phone number below no later than sixty (60) days after we notify you of our denial. We will inform you no later than 60 days after the date we receive your appeal, and we will include a written explanation for our decision.
